Westbury Water District customers are billed for water use twice a year, using a step rate system. It requires consumers to pay more for water as usage goes, encouraging conservation of the natural resource.

Consumers are offered the convenience of paying their bills on line by clicking on the link below. A service fee of 2.6% will be added for charge and debit card users, plus $.60 for each transaction. E-checks will be charged $1.75 for the first bill and $1.00 for each additional bill in the cart.
