Westbury Water District offers our customers the ability to pay their water bills online utilizing a secure third-party provider. All major credit cards are accepted, or you may use your checking account.
Credit card transactions under $80:
- $2.00 flat fee assessed
Credit card transactions $80 or more:
- 2.5% service fee
Online check payments:
- $2.00 flat fee assessed
Fees are charged by our third-party processor for all online payments. The Westbury Water District does not receive any portion of the fee.
FAST & EASY
When paying your bill, you must include your billing date and account number, which can be found on your water bill.

Pay In-Person or By Mail
Water bill payments made by check can be mailed to the District headquarters or hand delivered:

Important to Note:
- Always mail the statement stub with your payment.
- The only method for making an electronic payment to the District is through our authorized third-party provider. We no longer accept payment through Doxo.
